DELIVERY AND RETURN

The customer is required to check the condition and the number of packages at the time of delivery, then to note precisely on the delivery slip any damage or loss.
Elisabeth JAN guarantees each of its products against hidden defects, namely design, manufacturing or material defects revealed during the use of the product in the context of its normal use. These creations are 100% handmade; therefore, each item is unique and individual in design. Please note that irregularities can occur in their manufacture.
Non-professional customers have a period of 7 clear days from the delivery of their order to return this or these product (s) in perfect condition and in their (their) original packaging (s). We then proceed to the exchange of these products or its equivalent in market value taking into account the fact that each piece is unique, as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days (article 121-20 of the Commercial Code) . The customer will then benefit from a voucher of the same value as the initial purchase.
No product return can be made without our express consent. The costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
For all our customers and whatever the object, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nantes.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.
