Garuda necklace

GARUDA NECKLACE

132€
A long necklace made of celadon blue and bordeaux red polka-dot glass beads, finished with a gold-tone metal pendant.
DESCRIPTION
Handcrafted glass beads created in the flame of my blowtorch from molten Murano glass rods.

Celadon blue and bordeaux red round polka dot glass beads. A meticulous work with the flame for a perfect result. If Garuda*'s golden metal pendant was chosen to finish this long necklace, it is not by chance ... the discovery of the work of ethnic minorities in northern Thailand inspired me for this creation. The patterns of the costumes of these peoples are also very repetitive.
* This mythical bird is the emblem of the Chakri dynasty, the Thai royal family, symbolizing their power and divine authority.

Some silver metal findings, pieces of turquoise and glass seed beads complete the set.

Each glass bead is unique and makes it a unique jewel!

Necklace length: 67cm
Closure: golden metal carabiner
Mounted on braided and plastic-coated steel cable for good durability. The cable is strong and is protected from oxidation.
